Please be aware that as I am writing this review, I have a load of laundry in the "amazing" combination washer/dryer. Its been in there since 1:30pm. Its now 8:30pm. I kid you not. But more on that later.

Positives:

The location is absolutely amazing. Easy to get there driving, and even easier on the train. Just a two block walk from Midtown train station. Its very convenient. Theres a chinese food place, Dominos, and Checkers right nere by. Theres also a gas station right next door and a publix less than a block away.

The layout in the actual units is pretty nice. The kitchen is very nice. There alot of cabinet space, enough for me and my 3 other roomates.

Theres a gameroom and a library and a movie theatre, those are pretty cool. I rarely see anyone in the gameroom but my roomates and I have had Movie Night in the theatre and its cool. They have big comfortable seats and a big screen to watch them on. Theyre always throwing little events and parties with food, too. That was a plus.

Negatives:

We were all paying $695 a piece to live in a broom closet. The rooms in the 4 bedrooms are very small.

When you get your tour, Im sure they show you the computer lab. I think theres only 2 computers in there that actually work. :\

The biggest negative is the WASHER/DRYER! Its TRASH! Its small, so you wash half as much clothes as you would in a normal washer/dryer in FOUR TIMES THE TIME! It washes your clothes first, then it drys for hours. And most times when its done, the clothes are still damp so you have to start the LONG drying process again.

Theres a $100 late fee on your rent and after a while it goes up another $250, so dont pay your rent late. Ever. Ever.

The leasing office staff are ok, they do their job. Ive only gotten dissapointed by them a few times, like when I dropped my phone down the elevator shaft on a Saturday and had to wait until Monday for someone to try to find it for me.

Overall:

Yea its okay and convenient, but its not worth your $695. Im happy to be moving.
