THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!

THUGS, GANGS, SECTION 8 HOUSING.

THE TRASH THAT LIVE HER THINK THE FOUNTAINS ARE A JACUZZI.

EACH UNIT IS SO POORLY DESIGNED, IT IS FALLING APART.

I HAVE SEEN 2 PEOPLE GET SHOT AND KILLED.

A GIRL WAS FOUND DEAD IN HER APARTMENT!

THIS PLACE LOOKS LIKE A JAIL!
