I have lived here for several months now and I love it! The new management company is fabulous. I have never had any problems and the maintainence staff are at the top of their game. I know that management is making every effort to clean up the mess that was left behind from the previous management company. All of the negative reports are/have come from former residents who are nothing but a bunch of "big babies". And as for the parking issue, if you would take the time to read notices left in your mailbox or on your door, you would know to get the appropriate parking sticker for your car and not have to worry about it being towed. As far as future guest parking goes, it is my understanding that over 30 spaces are being alotted on the 6 level of the garage for visitors. So, suck it up and be an adult. Some people just aren't happy unless they have something to "-----" about.
