I live in this community, and it's just so so. However, when I first moved in, I wanted to move out. The trash chute reaked all over my side of the building. I wondered when someone was going to come and do something.
The management is okay. There has been a few changes in personnel, and this so far hasn't caused too much of an uproar.
Now for the good stuff... As much as I pay a month for my place, I would expect for the parking gate to work. It has been broken for weeks, fixed and then broken again. They claim to have an officer there until 7am atleast on the weekends, but I cam home at 2, and no one was there. This is not really good when there is a club at the back door. People's cars have been vandalized, and I even saw someone's Escalade truck on 4 BRICKS!! They took everything but the brakes from all 4 wheels. What the''''
There is doggie poo EVERYWHERE. Some people have 2 dogs! There all all kinds of breeds here, and to move in.. I swear it was a necessary to have a dog. I actually liked dogs, but now... I will be okay if I don't see one ever again. However, no more dogs are allowed for a year. Big deal...
The maintenance men can't fix a cup of tea, and when I first moved in I had to clean a nasty apartment. How about they sent someone a week later to come and clean it'' I was like... get 'oudda here!!
As far as parking goes, it can be a nightmare if you have guests. There are about 10 guest spaces on the 6th floor, and those are 10 of the tighest parking spaces known to man. You are bound to get your car scratched up there. Also, you have to go down stairs and let your guest in manually, because the true guest spots were sold out to Chow Baby. Also, you have to watch for the little valet kids.. they like to jump out as you make the turn out of the garage. One of them is going to be hit one day...
This is downtown living, so I expected a little chaos, but some of this can be prevented. I suppose the star sighings in the walkways may bring a smile or two, but overall.. be cautious. Try Atlantic Station.

There are 40 guest spaces on the top deck. If you're gonna " -----" get your facts straight. And know parking spaces were sold to Chow Baby, that was part of their agreement with the previous management co. And the gate wouldn't stay broken if dumb asses wouldn't tailgate and hit it.

This is a response to the response. You sound like someone who works for the office and doesn't care about genuine concerns that the writer has expressed. I am going to move into an Atlanta loft in March, but am certain that this won't be the place because of the attitude.
