i've lived here for about a year and two months now, and i'd so overall the experience has been pretty nice. i've lived in some ghetto apartments before and i think this is good in comparison! i live on the club (read: noisy) side of the complex, but after one month of living here i dont even hear it anymore.

the good points about it are: new appliances, NO VERMIN, washer/dryer included, never seen the maintenance team in my unit bc i've never had maintenance issues, excellent bathroom and kitchen, cant hear my neighbors, friendly when i see them, staff makes an effort to be friendly, the leases are adjustible by month towards the end of the lease.

the bad points are miniscule: actually getting TO the gate can be annoying with the restaurant so busy in the evenings, smells like dog teedle on the ground floor, parking can be a ----- after 11pm (which is a good sign too-- it means other residents arent out and about at late hours).

also, pets are no longer allowed because previous residents didnt properly clean up after their muts and left the grounds nasty.

and, there was one car break-in since i lived here, but if naive suburban kids dont leave crap in their car it won't happen.

you got to be a real ghetto guy to like this place. And regarding the car break-ins: I had two of them in 1 year plus 1 attempt (they just destroy the passenger handle). No, I don't leave anything precious, I just used to hide the faceplate in the glovebox... that makes me think that most of the time is an inside job... oh, they also stole one of my packages outside the door. Yeah we live in a naive world, maybe I should have grown up like you in the ghetto and learn...
