The fire alarm has gone off three times now in a month. It is excruciatingly loud!! There is never a fire - I guess some bored idiot is pulling it for fun'''!!!

Guest parking is a joke. You have to get in your car, drive down to the gate, use your clicker, escort your friends car to the top level, hope there is guest parking, park their car, have them get into your car, drive down to the level where you live. Are you freaking kidding me''' Why don't they have a simple callbox that we can buzz them up''' It is impossible to have friends over now because they know what a hassle it is.

The courtyard/pool area is a zoo. Loud and roudy tenants/guests congregate at late hours and make noise. Last Saturday night a group of people stripped off their clothes and jumped in the pool. It was 4:00am. This has got to stop or they or going to lose residents on a grand scale.

The actual loft space is cool and affordable, but what comes with it is NOT worth it. My lease ends in 6 months and I can barely wait to move out. Don't do it......
