I don't even know where to begin with what a ------ place this is to live. Loud people yelling all the time, bratty kids screaming in the pool, rap music rattling the apartments, excessive noise from the club (Compound), drunk people wandering around the courtyard at all hours, gross cheap-Chinese food dumpster smell from restaurant (Chow Baby), nobody picking up after their dogs, trash and litter everywhere, people driving like maniacs in the parking deck and idiots parking their cars in the handicapped spaces. The security guard is useless - lots of break-ins and the parking garage gate breaks often.
The newest thing is the worst though - so many pigeons on the roofs that they started putting POISON out for them. Now there are poor pigeons being murdered, you find them lying half-dead and suffering, twitching in pain in the stairwells and courtyard.
This place is absolutely disgusting. To top it all of, they have ridiculous rent hikes - one neighbor's rent went up $250/month. The staff doesn't give a crap about anybody's safety or even if the good tenants want to stay - they just want to make as much money as they can while doing as little as possible for the property. We are outta here.
