Midtown has a ghetto!!! Cars are continuously broken into or stolen, tenants play their music loud and boisterously, management rents out units to tenants who obviously have no credit, someone spray-painted graffiti in the elevators, security does not exist. I guess the only thing that's missing is the roaches. But, thanks to Chow Baby, they'll probaly be here soon. To keep it short and sweet, take your money and live somewhere else.
