I found 1016 Lofts on Craigslist and after looking at all the reviews I was a little sketched out, not enough to not atleast see it though. I went the other day and I think it's great. People here complain about it being "ghetto" and all that but really, Atlanta is pretty "ghetto" in itself. I currently live in Atlantic Station, which is suppose to be one of the nicest places to live in Atlanta, and there's been car break-ins, house break-ins, vandalism, the buildings were built so poorly you can hear EVERYTHING, and someone got shot around a week or two ago. So really, every city has its issues, you can't blame it on just one apartment complex.

If you don't like "ghetto" surroundings and all that jazz I suggest moving to North Dakota. ;)

It isn't the surroundings that are the problem, it is the COMPLEX. Congratulations - if you like shootings, drug overdoses, drug dealing, car AND apartment break-ins you will be quite happy at 1016! That fact that they have stooped to advertising in Craigslist speaks volumes about this place.

You just described Atlanta. And besides, everyone uses Craigslist, I don't really see that as a low point.
