I was a resident for 2 yrs and never had a problem. Due to a job transfer I had to relocate. I had no noise issues since the walls are concrete its almost impossible to hear your neighbors. The crime is expected, it's Atlanta anything can happen. Overall, I had a great experience and would have transferred to another Archstone community if they had one where I was moving too.
