Even after I reviewed all of these exaggerated posts, I moved into the 1016 Lofts the last week of June. Upon arrival, the management staff was courteous and helpful. My loft was clean and presentable.
The first thing I noticed is that the nightlife crowds were finding there way into the parking deck. The parking deck would be completely filled every Friday and Saturday. The traffic flow of non-residents throughout the complex was staggering. These individuals had little to no respect for the community. My concerns for my car was heightened. I found the whole situation to be somewhat interesting being that I was now in a new area and state...but it got old, quick.
Over the course of the past couple months these issues have become...non-issues. In all honesty, I couldn't be happier with the managements efforts to take care of the situations. They have. The security guards made an immediate impact. The traffic flow of non-residents has become a dead issue. Now, there's always open spots to park my car. So I've been pretty happy with the progression of this entire situation. THEN, this past Thursday when I came home from work, I noticed that there were guys installing cameras on every floor of the parking deck. Four cameras per floor...pretty intense. Now it's even better.
NOW, I would like to address all other related and exaggerated issues...it's ridiculous. If your moving into a city...yes, the lofts are in the city...you might encounter some rift-raft. Any time you place hundreds of people together...there's gonna be some lose change. These people have a short shelf life at the Lofts. It's these same individuals that are either very late or delinquent on their rent. Management tosses them swiftly.
IN A HONESTY, I really love my experience thus far at the 1016 Lofts. It's been an absolute whirlwind of introductions and opportunity. I've met lots of great people whom are all working professionals. It's been a networking dream come true. The location is perfect, the architecture is unique and the city skyline is breath-taking.
So for all of these people whom have written negative stuff in the past....HEY, quite possibly they did encounter some awkward situations in the past...but that's the past. Quite possibly they were also some of the individuals that got evicted for not paying rent...if that's the case, GOOD RIDDENS.

But did you hear that ridiculous cat fight the other day? Yes, the staff are nice, but we don't live in the leasing office. We hate this place! Can't wait to leave!

I have been at 1016 Lofts for 4 years and love it. The management is excellent they are top notch in the customer service area, and I have EXTREMELY high expectations when it comes to that. They helped my run a coat drive on year for the shelter across the street and have thrown parties for the community. The maintenance crew is exceptional. They have always gone above and beyond for me. In the past they have helped me put together and IKEA table (I tipped them of course), hang pictures, freshen up my paint since I have been here so long, jump my car when it died and the list goes on and on. I have lived all over in Hawaii and NYC and I have never had been so happy with where I live. There is 'city noise' but I love that, that??????s why I don't live in the suburbs. The views are the best around and the pool is huge and a blast!
