Free advice: If you are white, drive through a possible apartment complex first before renting. Look to see how man vehicles have those spinning or otherwise rims. If you see several then you will be co-habiting with da ghetto. Deez people don't care about being courteous. They are loud and rude. Play their music (if you want to call it music, loll) excessively loud all night. Dey drive dey oil leaking cars a park them all over the deck.
1016 Howell Mill if full of deez fools!!!! Don't live here!!!! 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

That's a rude review. I live here and it doesn't bother me.

Just the other day, a ghetto fool was blastin' his song from his car stereo in the parking deck:
My hand go across my head come from ahead
She say she like my dougie, I know she wanna f**k me
I say go get them scissors lets get right down to the cuttin
No I ain't no professor, but girl I can get nutty
And open them legs like a text book let me study
So I can make straight As, beat that ----- make waves
Had that ----- beatin like it really is an 808
Ain't nothing left on them ----- lips girl I done ate away
See ------- massage that ----- like it's really workin that spot
I get nasty like the devil but she sayin oh my gosh
She a bad broad and she got a phat ass
Yeah that ----- like potatoes I'm bout to straight mash
Got damn, I like the way she workin it
Got that ----- on ------- I like the way she twerkin that
That ----- love me, see I love to eat -----
See that ----- is a swimming pool I like to go deep
Deez ghetto fools are nasty. Don't live at 1016 Howell Mill Road. You can tell by the wording of the postive reviews they are submitted by the managers. Don't live here!!!

Okay KanyEast, it's sad that you were so taken a back by that but I've lived here for more than a year and my loudest neighbors just so happen to be white. Just the other night I decided to sleep with my patio door open and my sleep was interrupted by a bunch of young drunk white kids outside my window. Did it bother me? Yes. Was it enough to piss me off and write an ignorant blog? No! I actually enjoy the mixture of cultures in the complex.
I think you have a few issues KanyeEast. It's funny how you complain about the ghettoness in the complex. I want you to think about the ghettoness when you're tanning and baking by the pool this summer what you??????re trying to accomplish and the next time you listen to KANYE WEST or turn on MTV what you??????re exposing yourself to.
My point is??????Do not complain about certain people in the complex when subconsciously you're trying to be exactly what you hate. Hope this makes you think a bit more and also know not all the black people that live here are ghetto.

You're complainig about the complex being ghetto?!?! Seeing from the way you speak and spell, you shouldn't be one to provide such a review - you sound extremely ghetto yourself! Quite a contradiction..

white people may try and tan to be darker - but black women wear weave to try and be more caucasian with straight hair. I guess we all in the end just really subconsciously want to be at one with each other. I think the bottom line here is if you're living in a complex, you have to learn to be diplomatic. I'm sure if any of you heard loud music, if you would just go politely knock on the door, introduce yourself and say, "could you please turn down the music" you might find that there is a super positive response.
It's music for god sake. Not gun fire, not cursing, not violence, but MUSIC...isn't that a wonderful sound to hear?
Everyone, just be nice to each other. love is all we have and need in the end in our short short lives.

in response to Kayne East.... I do not work in the leasing office. I actually live at 1016. When will these race relation issues go away? Like the previous post said, it's music not gun fire. I HARDLY hear any loud music, mainly because the concrete walls are so thick (I'm assuming).
