First of all I have to say I am completely offended by the rims and spinning wheels comment...Some of those residents are actually white. Not to mention my "white" neighbors seem to have the loudest parties. I've lived here for more than a year and yes this is a mixed community and I've yet to encounter any issues with anyone.
I really don't have anything too bad to say about the community in general. I really enjoy the pool and BBQ area during the spring and summer.
My only complaints would be the spotty security, the people who don't pick up after their pets and the Assistant Manager.
Regarding the security...sometimes you see him, sometimes you don't.
The people who don't pick up after their dogs...just watch your step and check your shoes before walking into your apartment.
The Assistant Manager...I've been an Account Executive for 10 years and was a Customer Service Manager for 4 years and I have never encountered someone so incompetent and dry. She's given me false information on several occasions and is just simply not a people person. I've just refused to trust anything she says and won't deal with her even if she's the only one in the office. Not to mention I called down to the office around 4pm about a month ago and the answering service informed me they were gone for the day.
Overall it s not a bad place to live.
