We moved to Windsor (formerly Jefferson) when it opened in Mid-2000. Shortly thereafter, the decline began. Professionals are the exception, with loud, obnoxious, discourteous college students the norm. Management diregards the noise complaints of residents. There is supposedly a courtesy officer, but save your time by calling the police for noise issues. Dogs abound, with few people picking up after them, let alone properly restraining their animals. The manager has been good; the remaining staff is useless.

The amenities of the property are very good, especially pool and exercise facilities, but the multi-courtyard design lends itself to a lot of noise. Watch out for passing cars - traffic moves with reckless abandon.

If you are a college student that likes to party, this is your place. For professionals, keep shopping.
