Definitely a College Dorm Environment

All of the reviews sound about right. It is a beautiful complex that is pet friendly. The multi-courtyard setting allows for much interaction with your neighbors.
Important Note: The TRAIN IS LOUD! Don't let the leasing agent tell you differently and they will try. They lie so blatantly about the noise of the train that it borders on fraud. You will eventually learn to live with it, but if you live near the tracks demand a significant rent adjustment!
Most residents, including myself, appeared to be just out of college. This made for lots of noise and partying particularly on the weekends. I even commented to some of my friends that it felt like I was living in a dorm again. If you are young and like to have fun then this is the complex for you; otherwise, look elsewhere.....
