This place is the dumps. For the money they charge, you would think this is a decent place. When I lived here, I thought this was a college dorm! Noises all through the night! People here do not work! With this being such a "selective" communitity you would think they would have weed out all the horrible residents. They have beer bottles everywhere after the weekend. Management is lacking "managing" skills. Leasing "agents" (that's what they call themselves) are incompetent. Maintenance is even worse. When they come in to do maintenance, they trek dirt all over the place.

Take my advice - DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!
