I read all the reviews and I will agree with most of them. I swear the good reviews are made by the leasing office. They are giving too much credit to the leasing staff. Read below, they are incompetent.

Shoddy construction, noisy neighbors (they run around drunk and disoriented most of the time), leasing office is full of amateurs (they don't know their hands from their arse), noisy at night (trains come through 24 hours a day! -do not believe the leasing agent when they say the noise from the train is nil! They lie in your face!!!) The courtesy officer is a joke!

Grounds are kept nice (most of the time). I did step in dog feces once. Do not be fooled by the front of the complex, it might look nice - but looks are deceiving.

Do not sign a lease here!
