The office personnel is horrendous. They do not do anything!!! With so many complaints against them, I'm surprised that they are still in their positions. But who knows' Maybe, corporate doesn't care. I've friends who had lived in other Windsor properties and they had the same experience that I had with this apartment's leasing agents.

If you like dogs, well this is the place for you. There is dog ---- everywhere. No one picks up after their dogs. Dogs are barking at all time of the day. People do not have their dogs on leashes so watch out if you're walking around the complex and you're afraid of dogs.

The maintenance crew in this complex is a joke - three months ago, a fridge was left in the car wash area and when I moved a few days ago, it was still there. It took a week for someone to look at my broken ceiling fan.

I'm so glad my lease came up. I moved away as quickly as possible. Do not be fooled by the location and the b*llsh*t the leasing office feeds you. The train is LOUD no matter what they say and also stay away from the 1 bedroom/1 office layouts. They are right next to the parking deck and you will hear so many noises it's unbelievable!!
