Robbed me for the security deposit

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
 
These folks unjustifiably did not return my $300 sucurity deposit. Sorry, I forgot to clean the oven!
Also, the freight trains run right next to the property - day and NIGHT. They are very loud.
