The grounds are beautiful. The apartments are quite nice. The clubhouse and amenities are great.

But...

The train is horrendously loud (it passes directly behind the complex). The office staff is horrible. The maintenance people are great. The leasing office manager is great. But, the idiots up front, the leasing agents, are dumb, dumb, dumb, and snotty. They are the worst I have ever dealt with. Nothing has really changed since Windsor has taken over. Things are pretty much the same.

Also, people drive in the parking garage as if they just got into NASCAR. The place is overflowing with stupid college kids and yuppies. The peace officer is a joke. Even the peace officer has had a motorcycle stolen from him. It's pretty sad.

If you tend to keep to yourself and can get an apartment away from the train, it's a good place to live. The location is right and the apartments are comfortable. But, if your patience is thin, be warned.

Also, this place is SO overpriced. It has to be one of the top three most expensive complexes in all of Buckhead.
