Seriously - don't throw away your money. Unless the pool is the single most important feature to you, it's not worth the extra $200-400 you'll pay. And if you move in on a special, don't think you'll get a similar monthly payment when it's time to renew. The earlier posts are true. There is a ridiculous amount of noise (even at 3 am on weekdays), incompetent leasing staff, several break-ins, reported car jackings, and yes - there was even a MURDER suspect on site. Be careful when deciding on place to live - do you really want to be looking over your shoulder all the time' I bought a house recently, but if I wanted to live in Lenox Park again, I'd move to Post Garden, The Standard, or The Reserve. Don't let the pretty entrance to the community fool you - there are real problems beyond the gates...
