It seems most reviews were written from residents who were still boiling from a particularly bad experience.

I've lived in several apartments. By comparison, the shenanigans that the leasing office and other residents pull isn't much worse than the common complex.

The attitudes of the leasing staff could have been more professional but my maintenance requests were always taken care of within 24 hours and did not have any problems moving out.

The train is loud - especially if you have a baby. The walls are thin and the parties on a week night get tired after three nights in a row.

The only really aggravating aspect of this community is the common practice of residents allowing their friends, parents or whomever leave their cars in the garage for weeks at a time forcing other residents to park outside or on other floors. Guest parking should be enforced - especially with the ongoing car break ins.
