I've lived at Windsor for 9 months of a 13 month lease, and so far really like it. I'll admit that a couple of the people in the front office are incompetent. I've figured out who they are, and make sure I do business with the competent ones. As far as the grounds and the apartment looks, I think they are fantastic. The walls are a little thin, but I've been lucky. I haven't noticed much noise at all. Maybe the climate of the complex has changed, because I would not classify it as a loud complex at all. Other than the Marta rail that is. Marta is loud, but I live right next to it, and hardly notice it anymore. Rent is too High, and I've decided that I prefer the burbs to city living, otherwise I'd be content to stay here for a while longer.
