The good stuff:
1. Really nice pool - probably the best apt complex pool inside the city.
2. The landscaping is always kept clean and there is plenty of parking inside the parking decks.

The bad stuff:
1. Paper thin walls. I could hear tv's, stereos, and even distinct conversations through walls at all hours of the night. I thought this was unacceptable considering the high rent.
2. Slow repair time from maintenance. It took 1 entire week to fix my plumbing problem in my apartment. When they fixed the problem, the maintenance left a huge mess all over the floors and walls. Sounds nice huh'
3. Management conveniently fails to mention that the complex is neighboring a rail road line. The marta trains are not too noisy, but the regular trains will shake your apartment like an earthquake. Prepare to be awakened at least twice a night during your lease term.
4. Although the complex is lit up like a football stadium, several robberies occured during my stay. Two cars were stolen and two break-ins occured from my building alone. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
