To start the manager is a snobby ditz who let's the staff be as incompetent and rude as they want to be. I have even been harrassed and stopped by them asking me, " what apartment do you live in'" Also, aside from being over priced the place is disturbingly dirty. Dog crap everywhere, the halls look like they haven't been cleaned in years, beer bottles all over the apartment halls. More like a dirty community college dorm than a luxury apartment. Oh, you are a professional, even worse! Loud obnoxious drunks every single weekend pounding on your door or screaming outside well into 4 am. Oh did I forget to mention we had gun shootings outside multiple times'! $1500 dollars well spent. Absolutely no security, and what's worse the cops have showed up to my neighbors apt. at least twice, once banging my door on accident because of their domestic disputes. DO NOT EVER MOVE HERE IF YOU HAVE HALF A BRAIN!
