This property over all is GREAT. It is a beautifull, well kept, well managed place to live. The property is in town and comes with the in town problems. A few months ago there were some cars broken into. However, the DeKalb Police Officer that lives on the property caught the slime ball less than a week later and arrested him. I checked with the DeKalb Police Dept. prior to moving in and according to their records there have been NO apartment break-in?s. The area over all is very safe and family oriented. There are jogging / walking trails just across the street that are lighted and filled with people all the time. The surrounding community is filled with sidewalks that are constantly in use. I did have to call our courtesy officer about a loud party once. He arrived in less than 15 minutes and took care of the problem. I love this place. It has everything you could ever imagine. They even have a movie theater in the leasing office that you can use at any time. TWO THUMBS UP and 5 STARS !!!!!!!!!!!
