It's an oversized dog kennel (w/ no cleaning svcs)

This is a nice community and the management team is pleasant. The ammenities are fine. Perfect place for young, college like party going dog lovers (you don't have to clean-up the ----). Bad community for families w/ kids and/or professionals. Don't expect much help from the mgmnt team and don't expect to get your deposit back(you'll probably pay).
