Good for the most part From: shynes1 Date posted: 5/3/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I have lived here for 3 years. The bottom line is its very nice, but like any place has its issues. The bigger the community, the more likely you will hear of a bad apple. So don't let all the negativity steer you away.. I hadn't hear about half the stuff that goes on.. The amenities rock, staff rocks, the maintenance rocks. But, you basically live right on top your neighbor. Try to get a place away from the train and parking deck or away from the few loud people. IF you can stand a freight train 10x a day, move in the back, I did. I sleep right through it. Great parties, pool, and landscape. As good as it gets, just be careful which apt you pick. You fight trains, close neighbors or parking garage.. Good luck.
