Not worth it unless you want to relive college

The community, neighborhood and grounds are all beautiful! A wonderful park across the street. There are two problems that I have there. 1) Majority of the people who live there are 21-27 year olds...that's fine if you want to relive college...which leads me to... 2) Noise level. Either you hear others; inside or outside having a party. And the construction is terrible. I think they put the units up in 1 day. You can hear above, below, near you. I am a young professional and feel like I'm in college all over again. No sleep here....
