My roommates and I moved into our place in June '06, and we could not be happier with our decision. The pool is awesome and is always a lot of fun every weekend during the summer. About twice a quarter the complex will throw a huge party (either in the clubhouse or at a local bar) and everything is free. This place is definitely the best place to live after leaving Athens because you'll be surrounded by a bunch of young people who like to have a good time.
The only negative is that the MARTA tracks are right next door and it gets pretty loud, but you'll get used to it.
I haven't had any problem with crime, and the management is very helpful and easy to get along with. Probably the best feature of the complex is its location to the rest of Buckhead. It's only about a $10 cab ride home from any of the bars.

Unlike the above review my husband and i can't wait to leave Lenox Park. There has been a non-stop slew of crimes, break-ins and police at our complex since we moved in. The place is nice, fun and close to Buckhead but it is not worth the cost of living when your car gets broken into monthly and the leasing agents apparently only know how to send out letters about the crime, not do anything about it.
