5 Reasons for NOT living here:

1. Lack of safety - Gate is Always OPENED for thiefs
2. Poor management - You feel helpless when you talk to the staffs.
3. Unhygenic area - Dog poops everywhere
4. Expensive rent
5. Never find parking spots for pool party.
