I read negative reviews on here, and I have no idea what ppl are talking about.
The place is immaculate. The staff is as nice and courteous as you can possibly expect.

I read about safety...gates left open...blah blah blah. People, you are living in Lenox, not South Central, Los Angeles. Gimme a break w/ the whole "safe" nonsense.

Let me put it to you this way - if you are young and can afford rent in the 800-1000 range (avg. for new apts. in ATL/Buck area) then you are money.

Even more attractive is exactly how attractive some of the ppl can be. The actual pool at this facility has to be one of the best in the city and the ppl surrounding it certainly do it justice.

Go visit there...check the joint out...and I am sure you will be happy.
Only negative I can think of would be depending on which unit you are in; meaning that if you are closer to the back, you will be closer to a railroad which can be a bit annoying a la My Cousin Vinny.

Apparently you weren't around this morning when 20 cars in the parking garage were broken into and the windows smashed in. It took the police 2 hours to get there. The complex has known there were problems with this for months and has done nothing to try and stop it. To be fair, as a seasoned renter this is one of the best places I've lived. Being close to MARTA and all the "rif-raf" that comes and goes on the buses really brings in a lot of unnecessary crime and problems.
