I have lived here for over 2 years and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else in Buckhead. If you like to have a good time on the weekends the pool is one of the best in all of Atlanta. Everyone who doesn't live in 1050 wishes they did come summer time!!! Also, you are within 10 minutes of everything (bars, restaurants, clubs, parks) in the city. The staff is friendly and knowledgable and always answers questions/concerns in a timely manner (not to mention very attractive). The community is always well maintained with a grounds crew that seems to never stop working. I was referred here by a friend and I have already recommended this complex to several of my closest friends. Basically, if you have something to complain about with 1050 Lenox Park you have to much time on your hands and not many real issues to focus on.

I agree I lived there for 9 months, found the management and staff to be quite professional with that Southern charm/hospitality. Found management to be quite responsive to any requests. The grounds were kept immaculate, as well and the pool, business center and the remainder of the common areas. Porches were small but convenient and comfortable. Parking is abundant. Great nearby storage space available. The complex is very quiet. Some negatives to think about, no elevator, walk or drive up only...hallways are cement therefore movement can be heard. Close to the heart of the financial and shopping district of beautiful Atlanta as well as major 2 major freeways. Tenant in 2005
