Their phone recording says that it's the "Premier" apartment complex in Atlanta. On the internet, it says that you will get "Exemplary Service," and that "you will marvel at the service ammenities that surround you." Talk about FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!

At least one of the 4 security gates was inoperable at least 75% of the time (always up). I know alot of people, particularly single women, move there because it's a gated community. Imagine signing a lease and moving in only to find that the security gates don't work most of the time. Talk about complete disregard for your tenants (and their safety)!

The people in the management office lied to me just about every time I went in there asking them to fix something (I think the place is staffed by compulsive liars). It took them over 3 months to fix the equipment in the computer room (the first thing they show you on your tour of the complex). Everytime I asked, they told me the parts were on order! (The parts were on order for 3 months''' I guess they've never heard of Office Depot!!!) The 2 car washes never worked right and were a pain in the butt to use!!!

The hallways are filthy (I understand there are water restrictions, but as much money as they charge, you'd think they could pay someone $25.00 to mop them). Questions' gregkeppel@yahoo.com.
