We loved the location of this place but they are horribly managed and there is a ton of crime. They are letter happy and no action is taken on anything. The only good thing about this place is the maintenance team, they are fast and ready to help you anyway they can. The leasing agents do not care about what goes on anywhere around the buildings and never is able to answer questions. We felt like we paid for a pool we could not use because there were so many people from other apartment complexes at our pool. Rent was average and like I said the location was great but we would never lease with 1050 or Lincoln Properties again.
