After recently having a horrible experience with another apartment, it made me realize what a great place 1050 Lenox Park was. If I ever moved back to Atlanta, this would be the place I'd live. The apartment I had was spacious and reasonably priced, the grounds were beautiful, my neighbors were very warm and cordial, and the management was amazing.

One night, some thugs got passed the gate and tried to steal my motorcycle and one of the managers who lives on site woke up and managed to scare them away before they could steal the bike. Shortly after, the officer who lives on site contacted me and helped me file a police report. The manager also was very understanding when I had to end my lease early to move cross country for work and helped me work out a pro-rated fee so I wouldn't be financially stuck.

The only issue I could foresee anyone having is that there's a rail track along the back of the property, but it never really bothered me. I definetely recommend this property!

I had the complete opposite experience...I was threatened and pushed by another resident for asking him to please leash his dog after his dog jumped on me and knocked me to the ground...the courtesy officer was not helpful at all. He acted like he had much better things to do and pretty much told me it was my word against his and I was SOL. Even though I has scrapes on my hands and legs from when I fell. I went to the office to ask what my options were, the office was equally unconcerned with the exception of Marci, she knew the man that threatened me and understood was a jack ass he was and was the only helpful person in the whole situation. Two days later my car was broken into and the officer was once again un helpful and uncaring. I moved into one of the neighboring POST properties and I love it. It is much safer, the rent is the same and I have more room. I love the area, but I def. would not recommend living at 1050. Safety/Security is a big problem.
