Loud and Obnoxious people living here!! Now it is known as Windsor!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/7/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   This apartment complex is the worse that I have ever seen for the price you pay. We have a noisy upstairs neighbor, understandably since the construction of the building is horribly cheap. We hear every step she makes at all hours of the day and night. Also, the management does not tell you about the trains that come through 24 hours a day! Due to the poorly construction of the place, you hear every sound the train makes. Do not live by the garage because people think that they are driving on a race course. And every weekend, people act like they are in New Orleans! People are screaming till the early mornings and the management does nothing about it. It is horrendous how much money you pay and the management turns a blind eye to all this noise and behavior. If you are a professional, I would not move here! I broke my lease the same month I moved there.
