Unprofessional Service and Noisy Parking Garage From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/16/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   What a nightmare!! I totally agree with other reviews commenting the poor customer service in the leasing office. The staff needs to be retrained to include customer service skills and knowledgable of company policies. If you ask one question you would get a different answer from each staff member. If you ask for written proof of the policy the staff becomes irate and just states "its our policy". This is not acceptable if we are asked to pay additional fees and not have an accurate answer as to why the fee needs to be paid. The leasing office is more like a collection agency than a friendly leasing office. The service is terrible!! The parking garage is another issue. The noise level is out of control..its hard to have a good nights sleep without hearing the rattling noises as cars enter and exit the parking garage. The noise feels like a 24 hour construction site is outside your door. We were promised the garage will be fixed on 1/15/03 and it was a total lie. No letter of apology or updates as to when the garage will be fixed. We want to move out of here! I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone!! Unhappy resident!
