This place has gone straight to hell! From: shanthemanatl Date posted: 4/2/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   My partner and I moved in back in March of 2003, and I must say that for the first year and a half we were really happy here. Great staff, nice amenities, terrific location, and nice, respectable neighbors. However, things have steadily declined since the new management company took over. Leasing office staff seems unresponsive and uninterested in your needs and concerns, maintenance response time is inconsistent at best, and the quality of the residents has become suspect. My new neighbors of the last few months find it perfectly OK to leave their trash, beer bottles, and cigarette butts sitting outside their door in the common areas for days at a time, while the hoochies across the way have an endless parade of young, drunk, loud, and obnoxious young thugs in and out of their apartment at all hours of the night. My partner and I have purchased a condo and will begin moving out tomorrow. What a shame this once-desirable property has turned into such a hell hole!
