I am a current resident of 1660. So far so good. the only complaint i have is the parking garage it is loud as hell. People speed thru as if it is 285. Also if you get an unit along peachtree street be aware of street traffic noise. But its livable with the windows closed. The staff is always friendly and they greet me. The location is the best in atlanta. Maintance issues are handled quickly.
