This Place is the Worst in Atlanta

Years at this apartment: 1999-01-01 - 2002-01-01
1. The parking garage was a mess. Always a chunk here or a chunk there falling off.
2. The noise from the traffic on Peachtree and the bi-secting interstate is unbearable.
3. The maintenance staff constantly showed up "unannounced", usually 2-3 days after a repair request was submitted.
4. The management staff was a never-ending turnstyle of usually inexperienced leasing agents.
5. The visits by the Fulton County Sheriff and Atlanta Police is sometimes a nightly event. So much riff-rafr is allowed to rent an apartment at 1660 it is laughable.
6. The walls in the apartment are thin and if you are unfortunate enought to live on the first 2 floors, be prepared for the nightly routine of waiting for your neighbors above you to go to sleep, before you can think of catching 40 winks. You hear EVERYTHING going on above you, when people walk around.
