I made sure to get an apartment that was on the top floor, and a good distance away from the parking garage, and it has been blissfully quiet. The drone of the highway blocks out any sounds there might be from neighbors - I have heard nothing, and have not had any complaints when I play my music or do aerobics. The apartments are new, smell great, have absolutely no bug/pest problems - very clean. Being able to have covered parking is awesome, and being able to park on my apartment level is awesome too. Plus there?s no assigned parking, so visitors can park anywhere, and there always seems to be parking available. Leasing agents have been ok, they make mistakes and do seem lazy, but the maintenance staff is top-notch, super friendly and helpful and responsive. And the layout of my apartment, the kitchen appliances, and the bathroom, are all very modern, well designed and very functional. As long as you pick the right apartment, it?s pretty nice here. Plus there are numerous community events to meet your neighbors. My only real complaint is that the gym layout and equipment is old, and often out of service. I had to join a real gym.
