Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
1. The leasing agents changed everyday. In less than a year, there were 4 different leasing agents. So if I explained a problem to one person and then go back the next day to see it the problem had been resolved, usually the leasing agent was no longer there.
2. The garage is about to cave in at any second.
3. You cannot use the clubhouse for any events.
4. It is hard to turn into or out of the complex because of the new left turn lane on Peachtree located directly in front of the complex.
5. There are several uncontrollable big dogs there that the leasing office is not aware of.
