Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
1. The walls are paper thin, I can hear the anorexic girl above me walking
2. I have never had any bugs, until I lived here. There are ants and silverfish, spiders. Maybe the upper level apartments are bug free but I assure you the first floor has them all.
3.the leasing staff is rude!
4. the parking facilities are loud and sound as if the apocolypse has hit everytime someone drives through
5. The cabinets are thrown to gether hap-hazardly
6. Don't even think about adjusting your blinds!
7. Comcast only, need I say more'
8. Security gate breaks every other week
9. There was a peeping tom, seriously check the police report.
The only thing worth anything is the maintenance staff, you guys totally rock!
