The staff at 1660 change on a weekly basis. You would think with all these different people that at least a few would be competent, but that is not the case. Every person (except one) that I've ever dealt with is completely rude, incompetent and totally unwilling to lift a finger to help anybody.

There is no regular maintenance program as the air filter in my air conditioning unit has not been changed in over 9 months. I opened the unit yesterday and it is overflowing with dust. Bugs are defninitely a problem here, I've had pest control come twice and the ants and silverfish are still everywhere (and I live on the fourth floor!). The parking deck shakes and rattles so loud you can clearly hear it from inside your apartment.

The apartment itself seems like it was thrown up in a couple weeks. The flooring is peeling off, none of the cabinets close correctly and red paint shows through the thin coat of white that the last renters hastily put on.

This complex's only saving grace is its great location and reasonable rent. I would definitely advise looking at other places before moving here.
