I have lived here since last year and just renewed my lease. I reluctantly did so because this place is the best location for me at this time. First off they wanted to raise my rent close to $40 more a month, i finally got them down to about $20 more a month but that was an ordeal in itself. They wouldn't upgrade anything or give me any improvements.

Secondly there is hardly anyone in the office, there are times when there is just one person there... one person for a complex with over 300 units in it! The manager struts around like she is all that and whenever you try to ask a question or get information ( if you are lucky enough to talk to anyone) you are stonewalled and evaded or given a blank look. The property itself save the parking deck is in good shape and the location is fairly good. The interior of the apartments could use some improvement but it is far from a dump. Bottom line if you are willing to put up with Equity and their less than competent managment staff then this place would work for you. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
