New management is awful...property on the decline

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005
We have lived here for over three years and WERE very happy wit the property. However, since Equity took over there have been three car break ins, a stabbing, and the gates are always wide open for anyone to come in and commit a crime. The parking gargae is falling apart and the management is rude and unresponsive to complaints. The prperty used to be well maintained and clean and now is constantly dirty with apartments being rented for cheaper and cheaper... I agree with what another blogger wrote... Why are they offering to pay yoru moving costs and free rent'''
