I am moving from this complex next week to be closer to work, and am not getting out a moment too soon. Since Equity bought the property from Lincoln last fall, 1660 Peachtree has gone steadily downhill. Several buildings flood after heavy rains, the security gate is frequently inoperable (we have had at least 6 car break-ins and 2 personal assaults since the beginning of 2005), the parking garage is very dangerous to drive in, and the entrance to the complex is most difficult to use when traveling north on Peachtree.

I was impressed with the complex when I first moved in 2 years ago, but I will be happy to be out.
