Management is inept, cannot control parking or noise, and couldn't care less about your needs. This place ran downhill quickly once Equity took over, and it's only getting worse. No management to answer your call' Don't bother walking to the office - the one person on duty has "just stepped out." It's "pay your rent and shut up" here. Too many break-ins to mention. A/C out again'!'! Oh well, we'll send maintenance again...for the umpteenth time! You can find much better managed apartments nearby.
