The staff is extremely incompetent. It takes them 2 weeks to do a credit check. They never return phone calls and if you deal with a woman named Vaneshia then you are in for it. She is dumb and slow. Then the staff acts like they are on vacation and you are bothering them anytime you inquire about anything. The charges are ridiculous; they will not accept anything but cashier checks, umm since when does cash not work in this world. So this is really a place that you MUST AVOID!!!!

As someone who is looking to move, I find it appalling that you would individually point out one particular person to degrade. After meeting with Viniecia (correct spelling), I don't feel that this is the case and my only concern is the type of people that reside in this community. The level of maturity which shows through in this entry worries me as to whom my neighbor may become.

I've never lived in an apartment where cash was an acceptable form of payment. Which is more for your (the likely incompetent consumer) protection than anything. Read up on how to protect yourself when making large purchases or payments. If they claim to never have received your payment, you'd be responsible for paying again.
